Feeny Lipscomb is a Taos real estate professional with a passion for sustainable land use. She is also an entrepreneur, a writer, a language teacher of Spanish, ESL and French, with the heaviest demand by far being adults learning Spanish.
For the past 26 years, Feeny has lived in Taos, NM, owning homes, businesses and doing community service, and more recently in Todos Santos, Baja California Sur, Mexico, during the winter, where she teaches expats Spanish.
She is an Associate Broker with Prudential Taos Real Estate, with an interest in permaculture, feng shui, alternative energy sources and off the grid living and continues to research innovative methods and materials for green building. She's also known for finding affordable land and housing for Anglos in Baja. as the demand there is enormous.
She is a well-known animal lover and housesitter, generally booked far in advance.
